Need to return your headphones or request a repair? We're here to help.

without needing a return.

What you'll need: 
   ●  Order number or proof of purchase 
   ●  Reason for return (refund during trial period or repair) 
   ●  Purchase location (danclarkaudio.com or retailer name) 


Note for US Retailer and International Customer Repairs:   We handle repairs for all Dan 
Clark Audio products. Domestic customers can arrange repair directly, however international 
customers should go through their dealer or distributor to minimize any potential expenses 
related to shipping.  


For refunds: Dan Clark Audio handles refunds only for product purchased on 
danclarkaudio.com. Customers that purchased through other retailers must obtain refunds 
through those retailers directly.
